How can I cancel my service?
Canceling your account is very simple. You can do so by logging into our billing control panel at http://planethost.com.ng/clients- To login, click on 'Client Area'
- Click on My Services
- Modify the plan you want to cancel
- Click on the 'Request Cancellation' button.
Even though it says 'Request' it's automatic and we have no control over it. It will cancel your account when you state to cancel it. We don't request you to tell us why you left. However, we prefer it. We like to know what you were unhappy with so we can fix it in the future.
